LHA Quality Expert Panel   The Quality Expert Panel is made up of experts in quality, quality improvement, quality data management, safety and/or risk management. The panel provides guidance, recommendations and “interpretations” of standards related to quality of care and patient safety to the LHA staff and membership. The panel also clarifies issues related to Public Reporting of quality data and guides the communications and delivery of American Hospital Association programs to the LHA membership.  Based upon the LHA Board of Trustees' direction, this group assists with implementation of initiative in the quality of care and patient safety domains.   For more information, please contact Ken Alexander, LHA Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Activities, at (225) 928-0026, extension 34 or at kalexander@lhaonline.org.
