EEG Tech

North Oaks Health System located in Hammond, LA has an immediate opening for an EEG Tech.  Responsibilities include performing EEGs, Evoked Potential, Nerve Conductions and Epilepsy Monitoring.  Qualified applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED and be a graduate of an accredited Electroneurodiagnostics Technology Program.  A minimum of one year digital experience in EEG is also required.

Billing and Reimbursement/Collections Analysts

The LSU Health Care Services Division (HCSD) is accepting resumes for Full Time Billing and Reimbursement/Collections Analysts in the Patient Financial Services Division in Baton Rouge, LA.  The LSU HCSD manages the State’s public hospital system which includes 7 medical centers throughout the state.  Billing Analysts are responsible for the day to day billing of electronic and hardcopy claim submission to Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Health Insurance Payers.  Reimbursement/ Collections Analysts are responsible for the day to day reimbursement activities of accounts receivable for Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Insurance. 

Qualifications:  Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.  Three (3) years experience in claims, billing, and/or collections with a health care agency or a health care billing agency.  (An additional 4 years professional experience may substitute for the degree).

Salary Range: $25,000 to $45,000.
